Hello.
I am looking for a pet, no showing or breeding, about January 08 time, a chunky Tri coloured Male to join our loving home.
I live in Hethersett, Norwich, I have a detached home with a garden, and would love to know if you had any puppies to be re-homed about this time.
I have had dogs all my life within my family, I am a professionally trained, not practising, canine groomer and I have a diploma in canine psychology. I have a very calm and gentle 3 year old little boy who is used to his grandparents lhasa apso and we have just lost our dear cat whom he adored and we are now a sad animal free home, he is used to being gentle with animals.
I would be so grateful for any help, but January is the best time after xmas etc to  give a puppy a good home for me.
Thanks so much
Fiona Duale

I would advise you to contact the UK Cavalier Club for a breeder in your area, although you may have to travel some distance

Hi Fiona,

and ~Welcome~ to Champdogs!
You will find that it is against the 'TOS' of this forum for Breeders to advertise their pups, so you will likely not get direct responses from Breeders on this thread.
Members who may know of Litters may very well get in touch with you privately (PM) or on the thread to inform you of litters they may 'know of' :-)

There are many Breeders on this site, so have a browse at their pages, you may also want to get in touch with the Breed Club (they often hold regional puppy lists)
Expect to have quite a 'grilling' from a good breeder, they want to make sure your the right home and this also works in your favour as in a turn a good breeder will be forever on hand to help you when the pup goes home with you.
Might be a good idea to see if you can contact some breeders and ask them if you can visit (many are happy to do this) and this will give you a chance to gauge how your son and dogs interact :-) (Brace yourself for the fact that *some* breeders wont send pups to familys with very young children) So the more homework you can do and better preparations/groundwork.. the more likely you are to find an excellent pup and breeder (worth their wieght in gold!)

Best of luck in your search! (Its the Kennel Club Discover Dogs at Earls Court in Novemeber thats a good place to go for info too) :-)

As already said, contact the breed club.

Most decent, good breeders might have litters planned for this time however I would suspect waiting lists will be full, unless your lucky.

Good luck with your search and hope that you find the perfect little puppy :-)

You could try Carol Butler on 01285 70651, she is a puppy co-ordinator for the club.
Good luck with your cavie future, i love them.
