If you do take the details from such and advert please check the breeders reputation with the breed club, or local regional breed club.  Sadly this breed is quite exploited and beloved of poor breeders breeding purely for the cash.  This is a large and often sensitive Gundog, with poorly bred ones often dog aggressive, so as with any breed go to a good source to maximise your chances of a trouble free pup (well only the usual puppy problems).

We are not breeders :rolleyes::rolleyes:  But "Babe|" seems to have had at least 2 litters!!  Worried about the "you can choose a name for the pup bit too"  Check that the parents are both KC registered.

I must admit I do usually let my new puppy people choose a KC name but they have to do it a few days after visiting them at 4 weeks.
