Poppy was my sister's cat. She was found, as a tiny abandoned kitten, behind the garden shed on Remembrance Sunday 1990.  She saw my sister through some very difficult times and became her devoted furry friend for 17 years.  Poppy was put to sleep today to save further suffering, the day after Remembrance Sunday 2007.

Goodnight Poppy, you will never be forgotten....
