Hi, my partner and i are looking for a golden retriever bitch after April 08. I just wanted to post my interest on here in case any local breeders (Dorset, Hampshire or Devon) were plannng on having a litter at this time. This would be our first dog, but i am adamant that it will be a golden retriever as i grew up with them as a child and in my opinion are the best dogs when perhaps later thinking about starting a family.

Sally good breeders are unlikely to contact you, it is best for you to contact them and get on a waiting list for a well bred litter from health tested parents.

Click on breeders link at the top of the page and then look for breed clubs as these are the best way to find and check out the credentials of a breeder, especially in such a popular and often commercially exploited breed.
