Your best bet is to contact the breed clubs and ask for details of reputable breeders who do all the relevant health tests. You would be expected to make contact with the breeders, not the other way around, and be prepared to be thoroughly questioned about your suitability as owners! Good luck!

Thanks Jeangenie although I assumed that some breeders may review this site from time to time. 

A pup won't have eyes and hips done as they can't be done until a dog is 12 months.  I presume you mean that the parents should have all of this done?
