I have a great dane who is 2 years old and is ribby she is 46kgs ,she is wormed upto date and very energetic at times.
She is 33 inches at the shoulder.
At the moment she is on wainwrights turkey and rice.
In the past she was on arden grange adult large breed i would like to put her back onto arden grange
either lamb and rice or chicken.
Does anyone on here use this currently and does it suit your dogs.
I think she needs more in the fat content wainwrights is only 10%.

10% fat is the amount I would put my dogs on to lose weight!

All my dogs and cats are on Arden Grange, its the best food in my opinion that ive ever used. 
They all readily eat it without having to add bits into it to make it more appealing, it never upsets their tummys even though one of my boys is very sensitive there, they are really healthy happy dogs with gleaming coats.

I wouldnt use anything else now

Think if youre wanting to put a bit of weight on your girl try the prestige one its got more fat etc...in it, then you could drop her down to the normal lamb and rice once shes bodied up a bit.
Or you could just give arden grange a ring and ask what theyd recommend

I agree! Normal healthy dogs definitely need more than 10% fat....

Arden Grange do the normal complete and a prestige one.  The prestige has a higher fat content.  I use the normal one everyday and the prestige when my bitch is post season and goes off her food, it is more palateable and the higher fat keeps her weight on when she isn't eating very much.

I use Arden Grange Performance and my BC does great on it.  Wolfs it down and no unsettled stomachs.  Highly recommended. 

If I remember rightly the performance is what was the adult when they were two ranges.  it has oats in it and can make some dogs a bit blowy, but of course they may have tweaked it a bit.

I tend to use the Lamb and rice or chicken adult formulae for maintenance, and the prestige for building up, lactation, early puppy hood, and the puppy/junior for pups from 6 weeks.  any picky pups would be on the prestige, but fortunately I haven't had one of those since my Kizi, who is now a food thieving wolf it down 10 year old
