Hello..Haven't been on the CD forum for abit but have loved reading this entry! Sorry you didnt get your little girl, but what a gorgeous boy Solo is :-) We had a singleton Bernie too, he ended up staying & was called Dougal & it didnt affect him in the slightest (This is going back about 10 years) .. Congrats, its a lovely story :-):-)

Well little Archie (AKA Solo !!) is off to his new Mummy and Daddy and a new BIG brother (5yr old Bernese) at the week end. He has been a joy to have, and worth every moment of my time with him. I shall miss him terribly.... but he has to go. He is not what I was hoping for...boy not girl and not the best of markings anyway, but oh so beautiful! .... so I have to be firm (Do I sound firm?...)
Thought you might just like to see a few last pic's of him, now 6 1/2 weeks old and into all sorts of mischief!! His fan club around here is huge and all the neighbors and my friends will miss him as well as OH and I, not to mention his Mum and Granny, (Auntie Treacle will be glad to see the back of him....it's always her ears he chooses to eat!!)
So the pic's are in my Bucket for you to see.
I will be kept well informed of his progress and his new Mum and Dad are under threat of him being kidnapped if they don't keep in touch very regularly!!!
Aileen.

Just been looking in you photo bucket LJS......I think the Bernese welfare may have something to say about your use of a washing line to dry you Bernies!!!!! LOL
You chocolate babies are lovely.
