Hi - we are new to this forum and we have a very specific purpose; we have a Border Terrier and friends of ours have for some time been considering getting one themselves . They have a little girl of seven yrs who is desperate to have a dog like ours and they have now asked us to help them find one.

For very genuine reasons they need a dog - or bitch - who is already housetrained, under two years old and obviously good with children.

They live in East Northamptonshire but would be prepared to travel up to an hour to visit a likely candidate.

If anyone can help, or point us in the right direction, it would be hugely appreciated.
