Kerry Ann is pure breed bulldog, Red in colour with a white chest and white front legs. She also has a white patch on the back of her neck. She has hair missing on her neck and a crack on her nose. She is small, about 8' high and about 20lbs weight and 9 years old.
Kerry was stolen from the back garden of our House in Dartford Kent, today Saturday 9th Feb

I would thnk Eight inches at the shoulder unlikely, are you sure you don't mean 18?
