I was wondering when any of you start to wean your small breed, the ones I am caring for still aren't up strong enough on their feet  I don't think they are 3 weeks today.  When i had my Labs they were ready at 3 weeks but this time not sure can anyone help.

I've got min's and don't start till four weeks.
I'd wait till you think there ready.

My toy breed is still feeding from Mum at 3 weeks.  They aren't usually on their feet by then.  Once pups start licking Mum's food, I put a saucer of mashed puppy food in, but I always let the pups guide me.
