I have a little 10 week old puppy, just took her to the vets yesterday and he says she has a hernia, just pop it back in a couple of times a day, he says she is in a months time gonna have to have an operation, well a stitch put in to fix it, has anyone had this done to there dog? should i be worried or is it just routine?

If it is small it is likely to close and leave just a little fat like an outy bell button, and certainly rarely needs to be operated on.  If it is big enough to push the end of your finger into the opening then it might need to be operated on.
