My friend was telling me about this dogfood which is made here I believe....

I was looking for lamb n' rice which I don't see they make but just curious what you think of the ingredients. I feed Nutro Natural Choice but not sure if I could do the switch since Tiva seems to get the poo's from chicken... It sounds good but I haven't gone thro everything in the ingredients yet.... She also said its a couple dollars cheeper then what I feed but I dunno more research on my part anyhow...

it doesn't actually say what percentage the chicken is, though it is first on the long list of ingredients.

If you are having good luck with the food you are on now, I wouldnt switch.

That is a really long list of ingredients, so I would question the true make up of the food.

I dont feed Nutro, but I hear its a really good food.

No I can't switch cause of the chicken gives my dogs the poo's-  I had someone the other day ask me about it too- I'm happy with Nutro so will be keeping my crew on it :-)

Thanks :-)

Hi there,
My mom was feeding this to her OES, and the old hound dog. It was around $40 per bag, I dont remember what the meat % was?? Then someone told her to look at Costco's brand..Kirkland dog food which is only $15.00 per bag and the first ingredient is meat and the percentages are listed on the bag. The dogs are doing great on this food now. Might be worth looking in to?

I use Kirkland and my dogs seem to love it and look absolutely great (not biased at all!!)  It's 40% meat.
Another day, another lesson learned :-)
