I need to cut costs a bit and have been looking at the csj range of foods,  Can anyone reccomend a csj food.  My dogs are walking dustbins and will eat anything but I like a food that doesn't produce too much output!   Thanks

Don't CSJ make Autarky?  If they do, this is a good food and not too expensive.

Take your pick, the chances are you will find one that is a fairly close match to what they are used to regarding protein and fat levels ;-)

I swapped from Burns at Christmas time as I could no longer justify the expense and the dogs had lost too much weight and condition (has Burns changed in the last year?)  They have been on CSJ That'll Do ever since and the difference is amazing :-D  I have my show dogs back looking as if they could compete any time and the only supplements I give now are as a treat not from necessity

Forgot to say, they carry Autarky but don't make it http://www.autarky-foods.com/home.htm

Hope this helps

Sorry to ask such a question,  but what  are your dogs poos like  (gross, I know!)?    That'll do has chicken as the first ingredient which I'm lead to believe is a good thing, but has a lot of wheat in it.  I don't think mine have any allergys to wheat but I'm concerned that this will mean enormous piles of poo..

The poohs are not much different to those on Autarky  :-)   Burns give the smallest, but That'll Do doesn't give enormous amounts ;-)

CSJ also do rice based food, a bit more expensive, but still affordable :-D

Thanks for that.    I think I'll have a go with That'll Do,  under a tenner for 15kg can't be bad and is certainly worth a try.
