I am retiring from work in August and am intending to buy a puppy. Am looking for a Sheltie bitch of show quality if poss as would like to do some showing and obedience. At present I own a Westie and a JR Parson who were both rescue dogs. It will be nice to train a dog who is a "blank canvas" as it were! My Westie has recently been diagnosed with arthritis so can't attend the training classes we go to each week and I am missing it (although I don't think she is!)
We live in Berkshire and have a nice house with a reasonable sized garden. We have owned dogs for about 40 years.
