i an stuffed up with the cold and i feel rubbish. and i am not snuggled up in my bed, i am in the library as most of my coursework is due tomorrow. feeling very low and thought i'd have a wee whinge. anyone else feeling yucky?

Hopefully you get all your schoolwork done, and then have time to go home and catch a nap in bed.  Just think, school is almost over for the year (that is if it the same where you are, as it is in Canada.  We end in April)

my uni stuffs pretty much finished. 2 out of three are printed off, i've just some touching up on my human rights one to do. but then its dissertation and exams! we finish in May but heres the thing- i dont want to finish! then i graduate and have to be a grown up!

Vicks vapur rub and olbas oil is good for clearing a cold away. Olbas oil on a tissue and sniffed or in a bowl of hot water with a towel over your head (and it clears your pores so you get 2 for 1)

Who said that?  I mean, goodness, if I knew that, maybe I would be different then what I am now.  HMMMMMM

You will do fine, out of school.  Just think, you have worked so hard to get where you are, and graduation is your payment for it. 

About your flatmates, sometimes having them with a cold, is interesting.  I mean when I had a flu or cold, I wanted my sister to get it.  While I am sick, she is still going out with friends and rubbing it in.  When she gets my cold, Im like "haha, now I get to go out, and its much nicer weather when I am going lol"

But if your flatmates have been really good to you, yeah I hope they dont get the cold either. 

Drink lots of fluids.

Poor you, I recommend honey, lemon and a little freshly grated ginger in a glass of hot water.  I had a stinking cold the other week and still had to get up at the crack of dawn and walk the dogs in the cold rain and muddy (swampy) fields.  The girls were so happy and I so bloomin' miserable!  :D 

Get lots of sleep - rest is the best cure.  Get well soon.

My hubby seems to have the flu all the time in winter, it clears up and then back again in no time at all, he's picking it up from work, i am trying to make sure he gets down his 5 aday!!
