Could somebody please tell me if i need to cook fresh mince meat before feeding it? I have frozen the meat to kill all the nasties!!!

as long as it has been frozen before hand then no it won't need cooking!!

I never cook the meat for mine after its been frozen.

My mum did once (mums know best and all that) and it bunged him up for 2 days, then he went all over her patio. She wont be doing that again :D

Raw is better.

I have just started on my young lad on Barf.He has always had mince with his Royal Canin and is now going on Barf properly.So I spent yesterday afternoon blending.He has raw mince never cooked as it all has to be raw - meat previously frozen.Then an egg raw with shell.Apple,beetroot,carrot,garlic,sprouts,linseed and thyme,basil and parsley.He loved it.
