....nor to me.
Madness, if they didn't fully care for the animals in the first place, (we saw the state of them previously) why on earth would they give them proper care until sold. And quite rightly as pointed out these people do not know what constitues a good home, they will only go by their own standards. So God help these poor animals.
Why will the judge not allow the RSPCA to at least oversee?
What a waste of taxpayers money, as the only way they can do this is to look at the records (if allowed) and then pay visits to the new homes to see if the animals are being well cared for.
What a complete farce.

totally ludicrous
you are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and the stars, you have a right to be here

The more I see of the representatives of the people, the more I admire my dogs. - Alphonse de L
"they are in no danger....so why did the RSPCA remove them then?! The judge has made a mockery of it all. So basically, mistreat your animals, dont feed them, the RSPCA will take them off your hands, give them medical treatment and get them back to full health and weight then give them back. to you?!!!! Absolute craziness. Wouldnt be surprised if they're victims of a hate campaign and animal rights activists go to remove animals themselves.
The more i experience men, the more i appreciate dogs.

Beyond belief! This judge has also ordered that the remaining animals are to be sold at auction. What's going to happen to them there? Probably be sold to the meat trade!!

omg!!!! madness
shih tzu nutter!!!!
So what happens if they are found guilty when they go back to court? I'm suprised they have had the animals returned to then before they have been found guilty/not guilty. If they are banned from keeping animals for a certain time limit, will these animals be removed again? It all seems a bit confusing to me, I thought the animals would be in a place of safety pending the outcome of the trial.
Whatever, I am astounded with what the RSPCA found there that they were allowed to have the animals back, makes a total mockery of the new laws surrounding animal welfare.
