Arin is my long coat gsd and i am having real problems with her coat, i groom her daily along wth the other 3 their coats are fine but arins is terriable she is alway matted i have just cut a load out of her trousers but her tail is just as bad anybody have any advice or can andody recomend a product that can help

try using some neat conditioner on the matts. 

Give her and bath and then once shampooed try some conditioner. Rub it in well and after a few minutes try and pull them apart a little to make them smaller.  Make sure you rinse her off well.

if you dont want to wait for delivery though a product called 'mane and tail' is almost as good..in a spray you can buy it from most animal feed places definitely from countrywide farmers!
