They recently went into administration but have been purchased as a going concern, but I can't remember by whom. Perhaps the supply situation will rectify itself then?

i could send you a number and if you contact him he may be able to tell you if he sells and down your way,

I bought some Laughing Dog tiny dog biscuits that suit my toy breeds, at Cruft's back in 2007. Couldn't find a local stockist, and found I could order online. Not sure what the minimum order was, I know I ordered a full box of 10 and the order was delivered very quickly. If I remember correctly, I just googled Laughing Dog.
The hurrier I go - the behinder I get!

its a shame because i live about 5miles away from durham animal feeds, he does everything, specialises in raw feed, but has a huge suply of laughing dog produce

Hi Jeff,
Where did you hear this? They only just took over the natures choice mixer in recent times. Just wondered if it was 100% right.

Hi,
IF I remember correctly it was in PBW, the pet trade mag, I will try and find the copy. They have been taken over as going concern so will still produce and distribute their food and I think I am right in saying it was another company from the Pet sector.
hth,
Jeff.
Yes, my local stockist said they were taken over - and it has gone up by £6 a bag! (apparently to cover increases in wheat, meat and fuel). I thought it seemed a bit much, from £18 to £24.

Thanks Jeff. I see the website is down also so much be right enough.

I hate when things are taken over as it always had some sort of change. Just life I suppose.

Blue the website moved to www.bakersmill.co.uk. They sent an email out to announce it but you might not have been on their list. Invoices are to Bakers Mill Ltd as well.

Thanks Lori. That's a great help.

PS I can still buy it for half that price in Scotland. Prices have went up but if I can get it up here cheap there must be other good stockist for others down south.
They've not been taken over as such, same director apparently but changed the name so my supplier tells me. I can still get the meal from my supplier for the same price (£13 for Terrier/Puppy) although they are having problems getting complete orders from Laughing Dog and puppy meal seems hit and miss
