Hello,  I am looking for a breed called, Dorset Olde tyme Bulldogge. It is said to be a rare breed, and there are no known breeders within the U.S.. And I am looking for a respectable breeder who is willing to ship overseas. Any help on this subject will be helpful! Thank you for your time in reading this and submitting your advice.

Hi - unfortunately the type of dog you're looking for isn't a recognised breed, so there's no official authority that regulates their breeding and could give assurances as to the reputation of a breeder or their stock.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

Be very careful as a lot of the pitbull types are advertised as 'old tyme bulldogs'
A Golden is born half trained, a springer dies half trained. Where are my running shoes ???

I think maybe you should look into the Bulldogs that were produced by David Leavitt, if you are interested in the Dorset Bulldogge, especially with you being in the US.  He has produced some fine Bulldogs over the years that are just as nice, if not better than the Dorset Bulldog (which are also very nice by the way).  I'm fairly biased as I love some of the dogs that have been produced by David Leavitt, fine looking Bulldogges! :-)
I have no idea if there is a breeding programme for Dorsets in the US but I am sure if you were to contact a man called Steve Barnett, who is the founder of the Dorset he would beable to tell you.
If you would like to PM me I have his contact details :-)
