
As jeangenie says, contact the breed club/regional breed clubs and speak to breeders through them. Also try phoning the breeders rather than emailing. I find this works better and you get to ask lots of questions and generally have a good ol' chat about the breed!
Do be prepared for a long wait. However its always better to wait on a good breeder than rush into buying just because you've stumbled across a litter by chance. All good things come to those who wait!

If your just looking for a pet and dont mind an older dog (or would rather avoid the messy puppy phase), try the puli rescue. Again though you will probably need to wait!
