my Labrador bitch has been pushing her nose under the galvanised pannels of her kennel and has caused the hair on her nose to disapear. i was wondering if anyone new how long it will take for this hair to grow back and if ther is any cream etc i should apply.

Thanks

Have you sorted the kennel so that she can't do it any more? Until that happens the hair won't grow back.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

I had to put a muzzle on my dogs nose. It was a plastic basket one the top of it scrapped all his hair off his face even though I sewed sponge to make it softer for him his face became a mess had to stop using muzzle so bad. Sadly his hair never did grow back. Depends on how deep its gone with your dog so it might heal up in a couple of months .
I just bathed snoop's in salted water to keep clean and stop infection.  Creams not needed.
I think it adds character now he looks a right rough ass.

my kia kept putting her nose in the letter box to sniff outside when i when out.she had rubbed all the hair off the top of her nose,it took us ages to find out what she was doing it on and it the end we had to set up a vidio camera!
we taped up the letter box and got one for outside!

it has taken about 3months for all the hair to grow back,i didnt use any creams or anything just made sure it wasnt dirty so she didnt get any infections and washed it in warm water everyday.:-)
