Hi I have just spent 2hrs trying to enter my dogs into 3 Counties champ via the Canine Info site, everything is fine until I come to select a class from the drop down menu for my bitch puppy(there are classes scheduled) it says to select but there are no selections?? In desperation I tried putting her as a dog and classes came up no problem. Any ideas????

There is a button you need to click to confirm her details at section 2 (its yellow)

Ooh..............glad I done mine by post ....hope you get it sorted!

I don't personally like the CID online entries, but did it this time as I didnt get my paper entry off in time!! 

The only other thing I can think of, is that you've not filled/selected from all the drop down boxes. 

it did take me a few times to get my entry done and ended up closing it down and starting again!

AAAAAHHHHH Tried again and the only classes coming up are puppy dog (the id the sytem has given her states she is a bitch!!!!!) It really not surprising they only have 3 counties. Has anyone got the secretarys no/email for 3 counties? could you PM me please

good luck - I did mine online as had missed postal deadline, had no problems but I made sure I took my time and scrutinised every box that needed filling in

I had a few false starts.  If it goes wrong you need to close your browser and start from scratch.

Hi would someone try to enter a german spitz mittel bitch puppy and see what it comes up with? All boxes are filled in correctly (it gives us the id but no dropdown menu) but others in the breed have had the same problem?

If I try and fudge an entry, it doesn't come up with any options for me either. There are options for the stakes classes, so I assume it is an error in the system?

(Also hate the CID online entry system and very glad I haven't been going to shows that have used it for a few years. Surprised 3 Counties are still using them.)

I would just like to thank you for posting this as I didn't realise I could still enter this show online. I thought I had just missed the date, but now I have used the Canine info site and we are now registered for our first show! Obviously I am still getting to grips with this showing biz, so thank for the help! Hope to see some of you there maybe?

Thank God somebody else had problems.....I thought it was just me. I spent ages trying to get two dogs entered and at one point discovered I had entered one of them 3 times.

It seemed so complicated compared to other sites.

Julie How did you manage to enter LOL! CID are going to ring me & I will keep you updated as to progress. Tried another 2 PC s today to no avail either I'm really bad at PCs or theres a server problem

OMG im having trouble with this too - same issue, it isnt giving me any classes and entries close tomorrow !!!

Its now giving me classes but saying "breed not classified" so only giving me a choice of Import of AVNSC !!!!!!!!

Can give you CID's number if anyone needs it!

yes please, then I can call them tomorrow.  I cant get any contact numbers from the website either.  My only other option is to enter AVNSC and then email them to say ive entered but the wrong class and they can then sort it out.

Well I eventually did it, it was a server/software problem rather than me (that was a relief after all the toing and froing with the sec and CID)
I have entered my bitch, fingers crossed it was all worth it!! (prob get chucked!)

Well, I have managed to enter on line at the weekend successfully but still have not recieved an email saying I have entered!!! Nobody is answering at CID - what do I do!!!

I did mine this morning, managed to get hold of them, they told me to enter him as a new dog and it worked
