Even if it can't settle happily with your other dogs? When it's miserable being part of a group and would be much happier living as a single dog? Poor thing. :-(

Guess I should explain more by taking back a pup- is that the pup would not be pts but live with the breeder or found a suitable home...

If a couple breeders have great specimans of the breed why wouldn't a couple breeders get together to produce a litter this way all responsible to find homes and less puppies put to sleep because less animals are bred from?

In the bred I was referencing that is mostly what already occurs the waiting list is generally made up of people already involved in the breed, and a few others, but still not enough for a large or unbalanced litter.
