I am looking for a sable and white sheltie pup after the end of  August.  I would like to do some showing so willing to pay top dollar for a good dog/bitch.

We live in Berkshire and already have two small dogs (have had dogs all my life).  We would be willing to travel a reasonable distance for the right dog.

Hi, be careful if someone contacts you from this ad, they may or may not be able to supply you with a well-bred Sheltie pup, the price charged isn't necessarily a good guide, there is a lot more to it 

To find a pup from a responsible breeder who health tests their breeding dogs follow the link, at the bottom of the page is a list of Shetland Sheepdog clubs, most of which have web links, the members should be able to find you a pup from a really good breeder and tell you what to look for in a show potential pup   Make sure of which health tests are necessary and get a pup from health tested parents - you should be able to see certificates  

Remember, you may have to wait a while for the right pup with the right potential, but it will be well worth it
