Hi,
Im new (ish) was on here a few years ago but slipped by the way side.
I show and breed and have been in my breed since 1986. Not sure what else to say. I have a Fashion Degree and work as a Freelance designer and I am working towards my Masters, I also have a HNC in Canine Behaviour and Training which I feel enables me to inform my puppy owners incase they have training/behaviour probs. I am not an expert but thought an recognised qualification was the way forward when breeding as there is alot to learn. If I dont know the answer I do my best to find out.
My father used to breed pigs - then dogs so I have learnt alot from him - I would like to add I am still learning as I think no breeder knows it all.
I am experienced with forums so might post frequently. I apologise in advance as like some people I have an opinion and will post what I think without being offensive. I feel I have alot of experience and I have alot of knowledge to share.
Hope I am welcome.

"In a perfect world, every dog would have a home and every home would have a dog."

Oooh Sam, you're going to have to tell us who he is now!!! (Mind you, if you'd look at me, you'd probably think I wouldn't know who he was anyway

)
Meine Meinung steht fest, BITTE verwirren Sie mich nicht mit Tatsachen.
Hello. It's a great forum. Never a dull day.

It's always great to have so many experts to consult on the board and hear the different opinions.

his label name is Neil barret....he was the designer for Prada and Gucci before he went alone a few years back.

Hello eveyrone who replied, sorry for the late reply but only arrived back in SUNNY blighty today, been fabric hunting YAWN. A nice surprise to have sun although I hear the weather is POO tomorrow ha ha.
I used to have Dobermanns and Ridgebacks and used to show and breed successfully (dobies) and now have toy dogs - they are hilarious and make up for their size in personality and I am a straight female for the record lol. Lots of sexy gay men wwho are designers with small dogs so thought I would let you know before any of you ladies start chatting me up HA!
Its funny because everyone knows the established designers but most of them have a team working for them, they dont design for themselves anymore, ive worked for Anna Sui, Firterap, Harvet Nichols, Lee Jeans and French Connection, ive seen people walking down the street wearing my stuff but it was designed by me yet has someone elses name on it LOL. Mind you I suppose its the same nowadays, our so called "celebs are only as famous as how good their agents are"!
