Is anyone going?  Will be there on Friday with my mum and her Pom and then back on Saturday with Anton.  Was wanting to camp over but unfortunately my campervan won't be ready in time.

Friday.  We must be mad.  I think I am totally losing it though.  Malvern last Thursday, border union Saturday then Stewarding all day Sunday thankfully local.

Why is it when you are filling in the schedules it doesnt seem that bad but in reality when your alarm goes off at 2 or in the morning and you think you could be lying in it doesnt seem like a good idea!!!
Its nice to be important but more important to be nice

Tell me about it, LOL!! We had an open show on the 8th, breed champ.show on the 14th, then Blackpool this week, then woohoo, a free weekend! before setting off for the World Show Monday the 30th, 3 days to get us there! Once we come back though we'll be having a bit of a break -couldn't afford to enter as many shows with all the expenses for the WDS and are also due to mate a btich up. :-)

Sadly no :-( Really had hoped to go this year but dh doesn't seem to be overly keen on my various trips booked this year ;-).  Amazing how short the memory is - he's out every Saturday in the Winter months.  This weekend is the only weekend that I'm not doing anything doggy so I suppose I can't complain, would have been nice though.

Hope you have two successful days, say hello to Marley's two leggeds for me.

Hi, yes I am going on sunday.
which class are you in Sharon, she was in with Inka last time if I remember right.
Hope the weather is better than last year!!!

Is it me or do the numbers on Higham's not make sense?  There seems more dogs than entries and on one Rare breeds the entries are 5 times larger than the number of dogs entered.

more dogs than entries might mean dogs are in stakes classes rather than breed classes.

Rare breeds entries are sometimes higher as for many the rare breed class is a second entry if the breed is also scheduled.

Hi Sharon, Inka is in Limit. She's a little 'baldy girl' tho unfortunately, but will still enter her as not many more shows left for this year which are suitable for her. Normally do City of Birmingham but she wont be suitable for judges preference. Leeds not doing CC's this year either.
I will also have my youngest girl in puppy class.
yeah, hope the weather is nice, but it's not forecast to be is it! last year was a nightmare!
has anyone heard anything about the rumours about the kennel cough going about the shows at the moment. I was recently told about it.
By pavlova (***) [gb] Date 19.06.08 21:01 GMT
Hi Debbie ,Didn,t know you had a new baby looking forward to seeing her.Is she from the same kennel as Inka.
Sengi is just starting to lose her coat but theres not much I can do about it there are not many shows for us are there this year.
I,ve not heard much about kennel cough but then again we,ve not been many places we can do without it though.

Tika is the pup, she's 10mths old now. She's from Steve, where Inka is from but she was his pick of a litter sired by his stud dog, but not his own breeding, so different affix. Tika is the one in my avatar. She's not had much ring experience yet for her age, so not sure how she's going to behave at Blackpool. The fun of showing pups eh! At least Sengi is only 'just' starting to lose her coat, which means she will have some, not like Inka!lol! I know a lot of people aren't going because their dogs have lost their coats, so we're not the only ones.
