Does anyone know and can tell me, if there are any good Ringcraft classes in or around the Merseyside area, all the ones iv 'googled' on are miles away!! surely there MUST be some near me! ... I do know of one tho in a social club in Jacobs factory club, but iv heard quite a bit of bad press about that one...many thanx XX

hi there,
the one in jacobs is ok they have ringcraft, obidence and a rally 1st wed of each month. i go to jacobs sometimes.
I also go to a good one in skem (junction 3 m58) in scarisbrick village . This one is very good if your new to showing (as i am) bob and irene are very good and give advice, they do a lot more practice, tables, stacking, triangles and he goes over all the dogs several times. The best thing you can do it go and see them or yourself. hope that helps

the more time i spend with my dogs the less i like humans!!!!!!!
Hi joby, thanx for your reply, yes iv heard of that one in Skem' my friend goes there with her standard poodle, (she's a groomer like me) I will seriously think of going to that one as it does sound the best one around and my friends says that 'bob' is really good! ....Wouldn't you think, there would be more good ringcraft classes around! they are very few and far between arn't they? I think it is an awful shame....mind you, we really have nothing here (Liverpool) anything we want to go to is miles away!. Anyway, I will most prop end up going there soon as it does sound really good, my friend went to the jacobs one and she said that the people there didn't take it seriously, there were a lot of staffies there (not that I dislike them!) but they were all drinking! (I do most weekends but not if I was at ringcraft!) so that really put me off...so Skem it is then...many thanx xx
