Bring back lord toffingham lollies yum yum.

Me too!!!
I remeber going to the shops with my younger sister and we had about 20p each and our little paper bags would be filled to the top with 20 penny sweets!!
I remember working in a sweet shop about 25 yrs ago and when it was 4 oclock all the kids would come in and want penny sweets and I was the only one with enough patience to stand there and fill the bags up...very.... slowly... then they'd spend about 5 minutes changing their minds. Also when mums and grannies came in and had to have bags that contained exactly the same (so no fighting!) and definitely NO BUBBLE GUM!!
Speaking of crisps but not strictly during my childhood but while at university one of the bars sold Hedgehog flavoured crisps which were very nice, never seen them since (I assume they tasted of Hedgehog but as I've never had it I couldn't be sure). The only crisps I remember from my childhood were plain with the little salt bag and salt and vinegar.
