Sorry, very dim, or have missed something - what is the meaning of the ranking of members, how is it ranked?

it's not ranking as such - the stars after each name relate only to the number of posts made by each member   If someone is a blabbermouth (MOI??? Nooo) they end up with a lot of stars

I thought that it was number of posts and so checked a few out, one with five stars had made a lot less posts than me, but perhaps they just changed their profile.

I got told today that its posts, if you get to 50 posts you apparently get 2 stars, cant remember how you get more now and what the boundries are, im posting away to see if i get 2 stars at 50 posts! lol

Hmmm yh just checked that now, how come you have like 931 posts lol and the ranking you have are 3 stars, strange, i am totally confused now lol

what are the actualy number of post per star? it was said right at the start when the updates to the site were made but i cant remember....

Or just been helpful for a few years. I'm a newbie that only joined in 2006. Some members have been posting for years.
