recently my dog has been vomiting and making herself sick by eating grass. Her faeces is also a red brick colour but then changes to normal colour.
any ideas?

Have you seen your vet Heather, I would also take a faecal sample. It may be merely a disagreement with her diet but it could be more serious, it is really a waste of time seeking a diagnosis over the internet as an examination will always be part of the process
