Christchurch & New Forest Open Show - Tuesday 23rd July
Hound Ch. Show - Saturday 3rd August
Bournemouth Ch. Show - Saturday 10th August

Now that won't stop me talking to people - not the sort of judge that thinks they have to go into purdah. Not so sure about Hound show though - when my passes came I found I've entered 3 dogs in 5 classes - must have felt very fit the day I sent that entry in. Ja:)kie

I;m going to Bournemouth (for the first time) but I'll be there on Monday for Gundog day. Anyone else there on gundog day!

Is the show ground easy to find and anything I should know about the area? We've never been to Dorset before so any tips welcomed!

Me, me, me :D I'll be there on the monday with Holly, Cocker Spaniel, and the family. We're entered in Minor Puppy bitch and the puppy stakes (I think - I can't find my copy of the entry form!)

My in-laws live in Brockenhurst so the kids will probably get to spend some time there to stop them getting bored.

I'll be going on the Sunday and am hoping to see some Dobes! I will actually be in Swanage on holiday over that week, so how easy will it be to find the venue in Bournemouth?

Bournemouth show is not in Bournemouth or Dorset.
It's held at the showground near Brockenhurst, Hampshire.
Off the main Lyndhurst to Lymington road.
Although I'll be there on the Saturday, I may well come along on the
Monday.

We call shows by their organising society and not by where the show is held. Daft but you do get used to it. This year Birimingham National was held at Stafford. Ja:)kie
