I am after a papillon bitch for showing.  Can anyone point me in the right direction or know of any litters at the moment?

The breed clubs and the breeders who are members are the place to approach for potential show pups.

Papillon bitches, and show quality ones at that, are a bit like hen's teeth. :-) It could involve a few years of being on a good breeder's waiting list. With litters being so small, most breeders tend to keep the bitch pups, especially if they look promising. (And pups sold for showing normally aren't sold until 4-5 months old, so the breeder has had a chance to properly assess them -it can be very hard to tell earlier especially as far as teeth goes.) Your best bet is to get in touch with a breeder whose dogs you like the look of and ask to go on their waiting list. It's unlikely to happen quickly.
