Hi

Just got back from Leeds show where it is a glorious day. Sadly we returned empty handed:-( but had a nice time - didn't get much in the way of results sorry - prob better waiting for them to go onto Higham's site later. It was lovely to see jasper's son, the lovely Wesley. He is so like his mum and his dad - a real treasure. Buddy and Jasper behaved really well. Just not our day.

I have one major major gripe, the show was really well organised and all is going like clockwork - but the standard of people clearing up after their dogs is appalling. I am now one pair of trainers down - grrrrrrrr - and there is dog poo everywhere. It really makes my blood boil. I feel very angry about it at the moment. Most people were clearing up as expected but many others just didn't bother.mad mad mad

Harewood is a beautiful beautiful venue - this is spoiling it and jeopardising it for everyone. I do wish people would report offenders and they be thrown out. There is NO excuse for not clearing up.

I will calm down eventually - honest

Hi,
I also have just got back from Leeds after getting up at 2:15 this (or should I say 'yesterday'!) morning ..... it's now1:05 the following morning!!! Must be mad, that's all I know!

I had a lovely day ... 3rd in UGB, and my 'neut' won UGD (19 present!), and was res in Limit (I know.... I was stupid to put him in 2 classes, but I didn't really think about it until it was too late ... oops!) But I was still over the moon to get a Res in a good class!

Anyway the mess .... I agree, the dog mess was vile and something should be done about it! BUT I have to say I was so impressed with the tem of chaps going around all day emptying all of the bins and picking up rubbish (a job they wouldn't need to do if people didn't sling it on the floor in the first place!)

Lovely venue though - didn't half burn my shoulders though :-)
