This afternoon my little sweetheart passed away after a few days where I knew her time was coming to an end and I was going to phone my vet so that they could give her the peace she obviously wanted.  But Miranda waited until I came home (I was actually early today!) and then she died on the settee just after 4.30

My lovely little lady has gone to run with her sire & dam where her old bones ache no longer and she is free to chase rabbits & point birds and live forever in my thoughts.    You gave me 2 litters of beautiful babies, Miranda, you will live on through them.

Oh Christine, I'm so sad for you, but glad she passed away peacefully at home.

So sorry for your loss. Miranda obviously had a good and loving life. I have one of mine that will be 14 on Sunday, I hope her passing will be as peaceful.
