Noticed last night that Moose is bleeding again. It is only 12 weeks ago since she finished her first season. She isn't swollen but seems to be weeing a little bit more than normal. There is no visable discharge but I am concerned again she has got a repeat of the infection she had a few weeks ago.

My husband is taking her to the vets later on . Any body any ideas?

Thanks

it could be cystitis or the start of pyometra or vaginitis.all these prolems need to see a vet, good luck let us know how she gets on,

I hope it isn't the start of Pyrometra.

Well the vet has just seen her and given her a new load of antibiotics and said to keep an eye on her over the next few days. This is the second infection in three months. Does this mean she is going to get infections on a regular basis ? I think they should be doing some sort of tests to find out what the problem is ? What does anybody else think ?

It was the female youngish vet that I am not too confident in that saw her this time.

Hi Briedog

What was the result of the scan on Wispa?

the scan was to rule out pyoderma, but it was clear, put it down to vagintis which is a inflammation of the vagina,
