I received an awful phone call last night.  One of my puppies that I rehomed to the most fantastic young family had been clipped by a car when he slipped his lead getting out of the car after a family visit to meet their Uncles new yorky pup.  His pelvis had detached from the impact and he had severe internal bleeding and they had to have him pts.  He didn't suffer long and he had his family round him to say their final goodbyes.  They are all absolutely distraught, as am I, as for a long time he was staying with me, until his perfect family came along and I realised they needed him more than me.  I was meant to pop in next Sunday to visit them, we were all looking forward to it.

Such a horrible thing to happen to such a treasured little dog.  Nobody deserves that to happen, especially not this family.  A very short, but very loved life.  Such a tragedy.  He was a Buster through and through.

oh dear me what an awful situation for the new family how heart breaking i am so sorry for them and you its awful, may the little sweetheart be running happily to the bridge and if he happens to bump into my bella on the way i know  she shall def mother him to bits, love him and take care of him on there journey i know she will.
