Jazzywoo would have been 30 today. In some ways it is sad to see her birthday showing up under "members' birthdays" but in other ways, it is comforting - to think she might still be checking up on us all!
Remembering her with love.

Treat every stressful situation as a dog would. Pee on it and walk away

I think you are right Margot and she is, of course, forever young.
Rest in peace, Michelle.

Strange, I was only thinking about her a few days ago.

Thanks for putting this Margot.. I must confess to having blubbed a bit over seeing Michelle's username, really caught me unawares, but seeing this made me finally smile.
Nice that her 'Angels' can gather to remember, I wished at the time that I had just a smidgen on Michelle's cracking spirit... and now is a timely reminder that I promised myself I'd follow her amazing example.
And timely while threads are getting shirty (Like Liberty) Michelle was an A1 peacemaker and friend.

I do not know Michelle, I must have joined after her death. But 30 today? She was so young! Many happy returns and best wishes to her family and friends who will be missing her terribly. So nice to see you all thought so highly of her, she had good taste in friends.

I don't as a rule normally log in but occasionally when I do to PM somebody and today was one of those days. When I saw Michelle's user name I caught my breath as it was although she was back on line.
Everyday I think of Michelle as I have a couple of figures called 'sisters by heart' she sent me just before she went into hospital for the last time that sits on a shelf in my bedroom so I see it every day and it always reminds me of what life is all about. I was totally and utterly humbled by this as she was one of the most amazing, brave and positive people I have ever had the honour to know.
She has been one of the most inspirational person to affect my life and I know so many others and it was a pleasure to have known her.
I think of her with such affection as I do with Libs.
You two will never be forgotten

I stumbled on this only a few moments ago and I'm so pleased I did

Thanks Margot for opening this thread and thanks Lucy for popping in - had I not seen a post from you (pleasant surprise!) I'd not have looked further

So, 'Jazzywoo', forever you will be remembered with love and admiration - taken so young but you're enjoying a much better place for the big '30' Michelle.
Blessings to you and yours, eternal love, peace and rest.

I remember Jazzywoo, but didn't realise she was so young. I am nearly 30 and I still feel immature, from what I recall of her posts she seemed to have such a lot of wisdom.
RIP Michelle.
