Hi Jeff Sorry no model number, for the kit box .
It is  made by Mextronics,a square style box 15ins high and wide ,12 ins deep,can be seen or collected from Northampton Weight is approx 4.75kg

I went to a hairdressing wholesalers and got one for £15 tall enough to take bottle of spray and do not know what I did without it.
