Am finding this so difficult to write ...this morning we had to say goodbye to our beautiful white and ginger cat Senna (Senny Woo to me) a rescue cat , had her from a very small kitten found in a box on formby beach.... she was 16 years of age.She slept on my pillow above my head hubby called her 'my hat' . Had her to the vet last week as she wasnt eating and was loosing weight, blood test showed she was in early stages of kidney failure ,vet gave her a steroid injection to give her a boost which it did and she was eating again and we could see that little cheeky spark was back but this morning she had gone down again and was breathing heavily and meowing a lot , I just knew this was the day and our time with Senny Woo was nearing the end.
Senna slipped quietly away at 10.30 this morning ....run free my darling you have been the world to us all , the beardie girls and alesi  are missing you already. I know Mancel was there at rainbow Bridge to meet you ..your pal.

Senna, walk free at The Bridge & may the mice offer themselves up to you for a game of catch me if you can. There'll be a lovely warm spot in the sun for you to sleep in & all your favourite food in your bowl all the time

RIP Senna, sounds like you were a very lucky cat, I adore my cat and know how you feel.
