Am I right in thinking this dog will be part of your 'grooming team' ? If so, I'd recommend you
don't have a Bedlington. For the type of grooming competitions you have expressed an interest in (from your other posts and looking at your profile pics) a poodle would have a better coat for you, Bedlingtons have lovely coats but they rarely have the density of the poodle coat - and their coats change constantly, both in colour and texture, this being affected by both hormones and the different seasons of the year. Some Bedlingtons can have very sensitive skin too, which can be irritated by clipping, shampoos and other products

and it's impossible to predict which ones will be sensitive. I have one who has very sensitive skin, but both her parents are ok, as is her daughter

In addition, the Bedlington is a
very active breed and requires plenty of exercise daily to be happy - at least an hour a day of walking/running and also extra games to employ their brains as well

Whichever breed you decide to get, why not contact the Breed Clubs? They will be best placed to know where the pups are.
Hope this helps
