I've had to make the agonising decision to have my wonderful Border Collie, Nicky, pts after struggling with the devastation that Meningitis leaves. He was just seven years old.
Although I knew this was the right thing to do, I am heartbroken and miss him so much. He was a very special dog and showed great courage throughout his illness. It has been a privilege to know and love him.
