I'd place my grooming bench against a wall and fix 2 hooks in the wall.  Much more stable and steady for nervous dogs than a freestanding grooming table and an H-frame.  :-)

It's a frame you fix to the grooming table at each end with a bar across the middle and hooks to fix a neck and belly strap on
