i'd love to include smileys on some of my posts,but how do i do it?also i've seen lol used in a lot of posts,thought it meant laugh out loud until i saw it at the end of a serious post,so what does it mean?thankyou in advancex

lol= laugh out loud or occassionally lots of love

=  : mad : as above
