Anyone use the dry Chappie?   What's it like for output and coat condition?

My two love the tinned, but am considering using the dry stuff with a bit of tinned mixed in.

Thanks,
Cx

Was there a reason for changing them off it?

A few year ago I had a dog who had to have Chappie. He needed to be on a v low fat diet and vet recommended this. He did well on it for quite a few years

A friend of mine feeds her GR chappie complete, she said she wouldnt feed anything else,he is 13 now and looks good on it.

I personally dont feed chappie complete, but do feed chappie tins to my two on occations with their own complete.
My hubby thinks its the best food and would feed it all the time if he had his way.

I tried Chappie Complete with mine but they poo'd much more than usual, it was solid tho ;-)   What really put me off was the smell,  real toxic waste whiff!  :-(   I needed a gas mask to pick up and the bags in the bin were really rank :-( :-(

Guess it's all down to your dog's digestion

Hi
I tried it for mine a fair few years ago now, but to be honest, the poo's were huge (donkey size!) orange and very smelly.  Doesnt mean it wouldnt suit yours tho.  Suppose you need to suck it and see.

Best of luck

I decided against,  (donkey poo bit did it!)   I bought Autarky, only a bit dearer and I think probably a better food all round.

Thanks for opinions guys.
