Hi,perhaps it will help to say how far you are willing to travel or what area you live in.

Your bets bet is to contact the breed clubs listed at the bottom of the Breed Standard. They should have a puppy list and be able to suggest reputable breeders who abide by the clubs' Code of Conduct.

For a good dog, from good lines and a good breeder, I would travel as far as it takes (No1 son took a round trip of 450 miles to get his labrador puppy!).  After all, if you are wanting to show, you'll travel the length and bredth of the country!
