I've noticed in a lot of the bring and buy posts that there are a lot of hidden posts - I noticed at first because two were in reply to something I posted and both from regular posters. The only reason I got the replies was I have it checked to mail me when I do.

Wendy, the answer to your question is provided in the 'help' link at the top of the forum page and also in the 'feedback' forum

"Icons with dotted outlines indicate topics/posts that are invisible to other users, because they are waiting for approval by an admin."

It doesn't necessarily mean that there is a problem with any of the posts, only that Admin hasn't had time to approve them yet.
