I am trying desperately to contact these people re free samples of their food as a few peeps on here say this food is highly recommended.  Their customer 'hotline' is certainly not as I never get an answer no matter what time of day.  Can anyone help?  I have left a rather frustrated email and will wait and see if they reply to that!

Obviously they are making too much money!!! :-S

It's a franchise but if the distributors are paying their money, you'd think that they's get back up eh?
