Lost track of how many weeks I have been doing this now.  Thing is I can't understand why I left it so long before starting!  Trainer is very good - quiet, calm and tactful in corrections.  It was too hot today really - took my OH to show him how well Meg is doing. Meg wasn't so focussed because she wanted to lie down in the shade really.    He was impressed however - although added his own criticism of course (if he was doing it he would be perfect by now of course )
