Does anyone know anywhere in West Yorks where I can buy fresh tripe. I'm talking the actual stomachs as oppose to the minced variety.

look on the internet for local abattoirs and give them a ring. I used to go to ours once a week just after I knew they had killed the cows and they used to put two by for me, at least you knew they were fresh. Unfortunately ours has closed down.
